Frank Skiffington - Sales Director/ VP sales UK Frank is Mitel's Sales Director and VP of Sales for the UK. He is responsible for overseeing and implementing Mitel's channel sales strategy in the UK. Throughout his 14 years at Mitel, Frank has played an instrumental role in defining strategy and driving sales and was part of the team that changed Mitel's go-to-market strategy from a direct to indirect channel model. Frank has had a number of roles throughout his time at Mitel, starting off as an account manager with a number of national channels, before moving to distribution in 2006. Frank became Head of Enterprise Channels for the UK in 2008, and in December 2010 he became Sales Director for the UK. Frank lives in Airdrie, Scotland, and has 24 years experience in the telecoms industry. He worked in sales for a reseller, then manufacturer in Scotland before joining Mitel in 1998. |

Lee Broxson - Head of Sales, Griffin. Lee Broxson is Griffin's Head of Sales with nearly 20 years' experience in the industry. Lee started his career with the Internet Advertising Corporation (IAC), established to chase the dot com boom using a channel model. He moved to Griffin in 2000 and quickly helped to develop a channel based on 0845 dial up, domain names and hosting on a much larger scale. Broadband was released in 2001 and Lee led the roll out to system integrators and value added resellers in the north. Landing BT Wholesale and rolling out the managed broadband ISP in a box to the channel had a huge impact on sales as did Griffin's reputation for excellent customer service and business-grade offerings.
