Cisco believes that if we, and our business partners, are to be successful in addressing the Cloud opportunity then we need to stop talking about the technology and refocus on what technology does for our customers. Our sales teams must be able to have the conversation on how a business wants to consume IT – the positive impact on productivity, the customer's business model, and how employees will benefit and be expected to use technology. When our sales force can do this then Cloud propositions will simply become part of the portfolio of products and services that we offer. It sounds simple but it is a transformation in the way we sell. We need to work together to achieve that transformation.
